One leaf has a skirt piece, the other does not. A lot of tables from the period were made this way. We are not sure why.

**Dining tables, specifically, may show a significant amount of wear on the top before refinishing. Our refinishing process makes a BIG difference on dining tables, and they all generally come out looking very nice after refinishing**

This piece will be refinished before delivery. We are typically able to have items ready for delivery within 7 days, depending on our current workload.
